What is Sound Bathing?
Sound healing has been around for thousands of years, using various instruments. You may have heard of the common ones, such as singing bowls, chimes and gongs.

Sound bathing isn't like bathing in water. Instead you have sound vibrations wash over you. Normally while you lie down, in a group, but can also be one to one.
